Solaris cron stopped starting new jobs: c queue max run limit reached

Happens if more than a number of jobs need to be started. It is specified in /etc/cron.d/queuedefs in the line starting with b.:

# cat /etc/cron.d/queuedefs
a.4j1n
b.2j2n90w

(found in C QUEUE MAX RUN LIMIT REACHED)
